Weight Control
Dieting does not work. If it did the weight loss industry would not have made 40 billion dollars last year. The only way for you to have permanent weight loss is to change your relationship with food. A person has to learn to eat when he or she is hungry and not when they are bored, angry, tired or lonely. Yo-yo dieting is harmful to your health and can be a trigger for eating disorders. Individual therapy is available to help clients begin to identify true hunger from emotional eating
